What’s your role at Headwater and how long have you been with the team?
I am a co-founder of Headwater. My role primarily focuses on Real Estate sales, as well as overall company operations.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day consists of working alongside members of the Headwater Team to assist sellers to meet their home selling goals.
What’s your favorite part of working at Headwater?
The people! Working with the awesome Headwater Team members and also the wonderful sellers that we get to meet.
Do you have a favorite project or property you’ve worked on? Why?
My favorite projects are any of the homes that were uninhabitable or in major distress. Bringing these homes back to life and making them homes for new families is extremely rewarding.
What’s something people might not know about your job or the Headwater team?
I also manage relationships with all of the Headwater investors. Headwater is different than regular brokerages in many ways and one of those is that we provide investment opportunities for those interested.
What do you love about living/working in this area?
I have never lived anywhere else I have so much pride in being from this area and can’t imagine living anywhere else. My favorite is being on the waters of Smith Mountain Lake with my family.

Don’t make a decision on selling your home without knowing all of your options first!
